KVCE 1160 is it getting traction?

No. It's not getting traction. There are no ads for this station anywhere. In fact, the original post here is probably the only promotion of the station I've seen in the past few weeks.

The programming is mediocre at best and the signal sounds like it's coming in over an old phone line.

The owners need to invest in better equipment, programming, and a lot of promotion or they'll lose their shirts on this thing.
