Iowa KVDI Upgrade from 99.3 Class A to 99.5 Class C2

Just bumping this again as we are less than 3 months from the CP deadline. It is a pretty big new signal in the metro. (50k) My assumption is they may just extend the CP again another few years? The tower already exists and so there isn't as much new construction necessarily needed. It's notable that another central Iowa station made a big move for this too.

Nothing.. no program test authority, no license to cover, nothing has been filed. Why not contact the station and ask?
