Dear Fellow Board Members:

As some of you already know from the exchange of private messages, last week I was in Washington, DC. Had several meetings with FCC officials. Sometimes it seems like the bureaucrats up there don't much care about all the corrupt broadcasters here in Texas, but it turns out they know what's going on and are watching things very closely.

The FCC has had a chance to listen to the 2013 conversation with an attorney who authorized me to put KVDO-LP and KJIB-LP back on the air at my own cost. They also heard another conversation with the same lawyer who laughed and called me an idiot for taking him at his word and not getting a signed contract. While the FCC sympathizes with the situation, the law is the law. These are issues that have to be litigated in state civil court. However, up until last week, the FCC would have reinstated the licenses if only the owner had asked. They held off issuing a decision to give him plenty of opportunity, but he refused. Had he asked for them back, many of his current debt problems would be resolved as he could have sold the licenses to a mega church offering hundreds of thousands of dollars. For whatever reason, he decided not to. Thus, I had to tell the FCC that to the best of my knowledge no reinstatement request would be coming from the owner. On April 15th, the FCC issued a final decision denying reinstatement of the licenses. http://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/getimportletter_exh.cgi?import_letter_id=57612

Does this mean TV Joe is also dead? No. Right now the memory of the programming that was on KVDO-LP and KJIB-LP from November 2013 to June 2014 will continue on the web at www.kvdo.net and www.tvJoe.net The TVJoe streaming video channel consistently ranks in the Top 20 of online channels. See www.worldtv.com/world

Does this mean that my broadcast ambitions are dead? Not at all. Indeed, the FCC put something else on the table for me to consider that, well, its gotta remain a secret right now. I will say this: What started out as a simple idea to resurrect a long dead music video channel could turn into something bigger than I would have ever believed possible.

To everyone that has been supportive over the last few years, I say thank you.

/s/ Joe
