KVOL 1330 Lafayette slapped with FCC fines

Pittman station KVOL was slapped recently with a $10,000 fine for tower lighting violations in that it's top beacon light was not lit at night and no warning to the FAA was done, as well as apparently transmitting daytime power at night (as the station actually was increasing power accidently at night)

Given all of this, the FCC fined Pittman $10,000 for the violations
