KVPW 106.3 GOES DARK

I have noticed KVPW 106.3 hasn't been on the air for a few days. Are they switching formats. I have noticed the website is there but look to be stuck on the same page with no updates. Does anybody know whats up with them. All I can here is a weak signal from KNAH. A 80s station or a replacement for JACK would be good.

It's off the air due to a tower dispute with EMF I think.
 
I believe 106.3, Kingsburg, is now, (again!) owned by EMF. As of about 2-3 months ago. So.... probably going to get another jesuscaster there. AIR1?
 
KVPW 106.3 website is now gone also, EMF has so many overlapping signals for K-LOVE, theres 5 just in Fresno/Kings/ Madera/ and Tulare counties 2 which are Full power with a 50 mile overlap both with a good signal in Clovis/Fresno, I don't see why they need another station for AIR1 when they could use a combination of the other 5 to carry it. I know their stations isn't about ratings but when 106.3 was K-Love before and the rest of their stations have barely cracked the Arbitrons.
 
BTW I was not putting down Christian Radio at all, I was just referring to the overlaps of K-LOVE. Actually all KVPW 106.3 was more or less a duplication of KSEQ, KBOS, and, KHTN, Hip hop is well covered, more than any other format, even including KOKO with a Oldies mix. Well more power for the new owner if it's EMF or who ever.
 
Why is it that Jerry Clifton can't keep a station on the air? First he lost his two stations in Spokane, WA, and now this one?

What is really wrong?
 
Hank FM ? ....Going to 'compete' with K-JUG, Kiss Country and 102.7? About as much chance as a snowball in hell. Who's throwin' their money away on this loser? Did EMF find an LMAer? Everything country? I've heard nothing but "everything Nashville" crap. Same old same old.

Hank-Fm is KNAH in Merced not KVPW, I can recieve it also seem extra strong tonight.
 
Don't know about the rest of you, but I was hoping for something new to listen to this weekend. 4th would have been a good time to launch something new.
