When I checked late Saturday evening Vision Celestial was still on Comcast Channel 326, so I assume that is what continues to be on the air on 21.1.

What are the two new stations launching July 1? One might be the return of KCVH Channel 30 as Aleluya TV. KCVH was back on the air (in analog) for a week this past February with an animated graphic which said (in Spanish) "Coming soon to Houston, Aleluya TV. That signal disappeared, and I have seen no trace of an analog signal since, plus no reports of the station firing up a digital signal.

KCVH was once the flagship of the now-defunct LAT-TV, which folded a couple of years ago.

The other station could be KJIB which has a STA for analog on Channel 29 and a construction permit for digital on Channel 31. I have never seen any local analog on 29, and no reports of a digital signal on 31 since KHOU shut down their pre-transition digital signal to move from UHF to VHF. KJIB was supposedly going to be an affiliate of Mega-TV, and earlier this year the Mega-TV website had KJIB listed as their Houston station (that listing has since been removed, presumably since the station is not on the air yet.)

A mystery in the mix: I had seen nothing from KHMV Channel 28 since last fall when it came back on the air for three weeks with that bizarre video loop of Harry Pappas receiving an honorary degree from his alma mater. A check of the FCC database now shows no record of KHMV, but there is a new listing for KUGB-CA on channel 28, plus a new owner: Uniglobe Central America Network Licensee, Inc. Found a little more information at this link: http://www.rbr.com/tv-cable/tv_deals/20712.html I'm guessing the three-week test last Fall was for potential owners to "kick the tires" since the station had been off the air for several years prior to that.

So keep an eye on channels 28, 30, and 31 for something new. Anyone have more info?

Channel 28 "KUGB-CA", has been on the air for about a couple of weeks now. The first days, they were showing a loop video with the message "Canal 28, Uniglobe Centroamerica" however, since a couple of weeks ago they started their own programming, I'm assuming from either Honduras or Salvador. Their picture quality looks horrible but maybe they're only testing the signal for now.

I would assume this is a digital signal, since I've seen nothing recently on 28 on an analog set at my Cy-Fair location.

Are you seeing anything on 30 or 31?

Yes, I was talking about ch. 28 on Digital. However, its signal is very low, at lesat here in Pasadena.
For the other question, No, as of July 1st I don't see anything on ch. 30 or 31.

Effectively, Vision Celestial is no longer on air. They lost their license due to lack of payment. Now Channel 21 is managed by another TV Network.

Effectively, they are no longer on air. Now Channel 21 is under new management. It's already broadcasting new programming (wonderful by the way)

Don't know if VC is on 326....
I guess FAMILIA TV is a network, as well as FCN
I followed posts on this website but I didn't sign up before until I read your question

Was KVQT on 24?

I remember they were on 24, and moved to 21, just to make way for KPXB-33's digital signal, on the other hand KEHO is on RF-49, where KBPX was, which moved to 46 due to that, will KEHO ID as 24, KVQT since can't ID as 24.
