KWEV-FM 90.5 Stephenville bought!

I looked on the radio dial for something great, so I turned the dial to 90.5 which was KWEV in Stephenville. They had the usual music they play which was a variety of things but then I heard the calls: KTRL-FM 90.5 Stephenville/Cleburne so I did a little research and it says the owners were Tarleton State University... where have we heard this before? KEOM-FM Mesquite ISD 88.5
