It's a new Christian station.
I don't know much but they posted on Facebook about trying to get on and working hard at it, so if anyone's in the area who thinks they can help out here is the post.

Anybody else know anything about KWFV?
It seems odd to use such a low height and high power like that. I'd use a higher antenna and maybe drop the power.

Stations on a mountainside or hillside can often have low average height, but huge height over the market.

The tower location on the current CP is someone’s private residence up a valley from Aberdeen.

The original CP was a monopole near Aberdeen.

I think it is a “working with what they have” problem.

David Woods also lives in Washougal, not Aberdeen. So may not know the areas topographical elements well.
