Does anyone know the whereabouts of KWK 70's Personalities Bill Bailey, Alvin John Waples, Don St. John, Bobby Knight, Scotty Lawrence, Bernie Hayes, Decater Agnew, Mr. Vee, etc.

This was truly one of the great radio stations of the time, competing with ratings at KXOX.

If you were a fan of KWK, check out http://www.kwk106.com/ its a really nifty history site, that has backgrounds and history information about KWK AM & FM in the 70s & 80s...The moderator of that site may be able to tell you the wherabouts of some of the aformentioned folks.

Bernie Hayes now writes a column in St. Louis' Black newspaper the St. Louis American. He spent several years working at KATZ AM & FM throughout the 80s & 90s.
