KWKH Construction Permit

Well, I should have done my homework before asking a question.... although, I still need a little help. Here is the engineering exhibit from the FCC application:

http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/prod/cdbs/...h.cgi?exhibit_id=670713&formid=301&q_num=5100

It states the coordinates for the night site are wrong and will be corrected on this application. Also, the purpose of the application is to change one radial in the night pattern. The stated reason for the change to the pattern had something to do with a refub of the antenna array.

The one lobe they want to change seems to be minimul. So, is this really about needing to change the pattern because of something in the array or is it a coverage issue?

Basically boils down to:

KWKH has a monitor to make sure the antennas are doing what it's licensed to do.

Clear Channel rebuilt the monitor and then commissioned a survey to make sure everything was correct with information they had.

Gap buys KWKH in meantime

Engineering firm and survey crew finds out original information is off , Survey crew gives info to engineer who adjusts antennas to do what they are supposed to do

KWKH files paperwork with FCC basically to make sure what they are outputting currently is legal with the FCC

Read page 12 of the attachment.. this is the summary of what they said

Some of the others can tell me if I am off, but that's what I get from my read of it
