KWNR and KSNE construction permit

First off let me say I don't live in the Las Vegas area but have always liked some of the radio there when I am in town and have always been fond of KWNR. I was just looking around on Radio Locator and they show that both KWNR and KSNE appear to be operating from a construction permit also on Black Mountain that's 300 feet or so taller. I hadn't seen that before so I'm guessing this is something new. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks
 
There are actually 10 FM construction permits issued/pending for Black Mt. Henderson since a new building and 500 foot tower is planned for the Clear Channel, CBS, Beasley, Univision and as of August 1st Lotus station (KWID) to occupy and improve coverage on that mountain as well as resolve a number of other issues. All of the station involved are already on that mountain but spread around a bunch of places, many quite low on their towers creating les than desireable coverage and real isues of RF safety for those of us working up there. Expect it to happen next summer.
