Wow, been almost a week since they canned the midday jock and posted an ad for her replacement on the station's web-site, and nothing from the peanut gallery? How disappointing. :p
 
I wonder if it had anything to do with the KWOD summer buzz being cancelled? How were Hill Jordan's midday ratings?

Capone goes to middays. Andy Hawk goes to nights.

All jobs in radio are temp jobs.

Sorry for being out of the loop on Sac radio. I used to work with Hill Is she no longer with KWOD?

Why would a jock be a scapegoat for a concert being cancelled? Even as MD, she wouldn't have really had anything to do with the planning/execution of a station concert... those are handled higher up the foodchain these days.
 
She's gone because she sucked. Hill Jordan was boring, overrated, and just horrible to listen to. Who cares about what she had to say. When ever her voice came on the air, my finger changed the channel. I hope they replace her with Andy Sims.
 
Sims is great... a hard worker, team player and will do whatever asked of him, so obviously, c johnson will continue to jerk him around, dangle promises and take advantage.

Mr Johnson, trying hard to convince people (and himself) that he is closer to 20 than 60, thinks the only qualification for the job is how good your 'My Space' page is... KWOD is Mr Johnsons red Corvette.
