I've noticed that 98.3 has been bleeding in ESPN jingles at the top of the hour the last few days. Additionally, I saw that 98.3's vehicle had its decals removed from their van at Fast Signs on 86th Street in Clive. Am I overanalyzing things or is this a sign of a future FM ESPN signal??
 
They need to do something with 98.3, and it would make more sense to move their talk shows to 1700 than waste an FM signal on them... but I don't think Cumulus has anything to do with ESPN. They have a deal with CBS Sports Radio and switched most or all of their ESPN stations to CBS Sports.
