KWRH-LP "St. Louis Country"

The website posted by spiritof67 is currently playing "Los 40 Principales" while the website posted by Route66Fan is playing "St. Louis Country."But at this moment (9:30 p.m.) KWRH-FM 92.9 is currently broadcasting "St. Louis Country."

Clearly this is variety formatting at its most extreme.

I've heard both formats played on their over-the-air signal, and I can't make sense of it. The station is managed by Mark Langston, who has owned commercial stations in the past, and worked at WIL. You'd think he might know how to run an operation. Perhaps I'm missing something here.
