KWSS signal strength?

What's the strength of KWSS 106.7? To put in perspective, I can't even get it on my CCrane Witness Radio (a.k.a. "The Radio VCR"). Is a stronger antenna needed, just for one station, or should I stick with the streaming audio from the web site?
 
Remember, if your Witness is like my Pogo, the earphone wire is the FM antenna. If it is not plugged in, you have no antenna. My Pogo came with a short wire to use as the antenna when I am not using the earphones.
