What's going on with KWSX 1280 Stockton, they're playing movie theme songs. Is there change going on at Clear Channel Stockton? The station website looks to be under going change as well. I'm just asking....

Listening to them now and they are still "NewsTalk 1280" with a talk show. No movie themes at all. And their website looks no different than it has the last couple of years http://www.talkradio1280.comRadioStarOne said:

Happens all the time. They lost the feed from Banner Island Ballpark a couple of times on Saturday night ... then lost the transmitter also (thought the audio was low, cranked it up, found I was listening to a college football game via DX -- and then had my eardrums blown out when the Ports game came back on).
KSTN/1420 on the Part 15 transmitter seems to have a better signal in some parts of Stockton than KWSX does at night.

We're talking blocks and blocks. You can hear it faintly downtown at night. If the wind is strong.
