Reunion of former employees of KWTX-AM/FM radio and Channel 10 TV -- on the air and behind the scenes -- coming up at the end of July 2010. Several activities and get-togethers planned for Friday, July 30 - Sunday, August 1 -- making it easy to attend one or all -- to share stories and pictures. More information and schedule of events is available at the "KWTX Reunion" group on Facebook.

2010 marks the 55th anniversary of KWTX-TV. Next year (2011), KWTX-AM will celebrate 65 years.

Also, does anyone know the whereabouts of these 1970's KWTX radio DJs?

Will there be any KBTX-TV people there, or are we invited? I missed out on their reunion soiree three years ago, unfortunately, but have recently found many of them on Facebook.
 
KBTX, Channel 3, Bryan/College Station was the sister station of KWTX, Channel 10, Waco (both a part of KWTX Broadcasting in the past). Not speaking for the reunion organizers, but that's close enough for me. Looking forward to visiting with you.
