I know the station was sold earlier this year to Chris Daniel, but what exactly is it programming? The stations website, kwxi.net doesn't actually give a clear indication WHAT the format is

I thought they were simulcasting the Hot Springs Village station KVRE 92.9 FM. Seems I heard them mention it on the FM station when I was visiting the Village recently.

I think the gospel station is actually 880 KGHT out of Sheridan.
 
KWXI is live and local as much as they can and plays a mix of southern gospel, classic country and talk with some high school sports thrown in. They also have a translator on 98.9 that covers amazingly well.
 
I remember hearing about Willie Nelson dropping in on that little station one day, out of the blue. Bet that surprised them.
