KIIM fm bulldozed them, wonder what format wheel they will pick next, meanwhile MY 92.9 is doing about the same as it did when it was the mountain, modest but could be better in ratings, for a full power FM.
Smart idea playing more traditional oldies on KHYT also. They've moved right up the ladder. You would have thought someone in this market would have done it sooner. I notice they don't even use the phrase "classic" hits anymore, just the best of the 60s, 70s and 80s. Yes us boomers are still alive and kicking. Wild 97.1 is just a joke, but I think everyone already knew that.
I've never listened to "KWYD" ???
But I've got to feel bad for the station when even the "locals" get the call letters wrong. KYWD must have a marketing problem as well ;D
