KWYZ 1230 in Everett running open carrier

Cannot speak to the audio quality, but I have to figure the signal was limited in some way by another signal or signals. The reason I say this is because they are only licensed for 180 watts, not the full 250. Maybe the signal they have is as big as it can be.
