KXAS Adds Mobile DTV

I don't know precisely when it happened, but recently KXAS added Mobile DTV. This can be observed in TSReader data which I have not yet uploaded to RabbitEars (that's coming later today or tomorrow), but the programming can be seen currently only with one of the rather rare ATSC-MH receivers, or with the Decontis Mobile DTV Viewer software.
