RAK Communications drops New Valley Broadcastings LMA Sporting News format for a spanish LMA. New Valley who owns 96.1 KSLK in Visalia will continue to carry the sports programming.New Valley has a constrution permit to move their transmitter and raise power from a class A to a B1 to serve Fresno in the next 2-3 months.
 
Uh Oh! If 96.1 is going to be a boosted to serve Fresno, it may put a dent in 96.3 KUBB Country's signal. I know 96.3 KUBB goes down as far south as Traver on 99.

That has to be news to the FCC. I can't find the CP or Application on the FCC website. They may yest still have to apply for it.
