Thanks to latino2008 for this information from the Houston board.
KXGJ/Bay City has flipped from Spanish pop as XO 107.9 y 101.7 to Regional Mexican "El Norte" which is of course the format currently at 96.9 KNTE/El Campo. Suffice it to say, KNTE will most likely find a new format shortly as I can't imagine Liberman Broadcasting leaving 2 100kw signals next door to each other in simulcast. IIRC, this will be the 3rd format at 96.9 since it was sold to Liberman.
