I'm in Health Care..I couldn't afford the cut in pay etc....I like the way one finalist made sure people knew his religion...some people would vote for a ham sandwich if the person had the same religion as this guy
The First "Winner" was/is a bugkiller (..your thinking of the microwave pizza shop manager who was always always talking about how the minimum wage was a bad thing...he went to Texas and his show flops -up against Limpbaugh- he was a freind of Spitzer who went to the same Texas station as a PD/Manager...and brought him along like a little puppy dog in tow
Last years winner faced "constructive discharge" her hours were cut way back after she said bad things about Bush and the Iraq war
why doesn't jack am pm, take a time slot? I like to see what ratings he gets?

I don't know why I stayed away for so long ... I missed COTW's lies. If you are going to comment on someone you don't like ... try to stop making things up. You sound like you tried out, but didn't do so well. So now you are bitter, angry, and jealous that the "computer guy" Casey has succeeded. Dude, get over it.

I'm not sure if "succeeded" is the right description (check the ratings in that time slot) but he did get quite a break getting a show on the the only AM that has any listeners in the valley. Besides, hiring these "aspiring broadcasters" aka contest winners is a lot cheaper than buying new syndicated shows

Syndicated shows are free. Stations just have to run the network commercials. I think it's good that stations in all format train new talent. It beats voicetracking.

Last we heard ... his ratings were number one for talk hosts, and AM. Have they changed, and where can you find that. Even if he isn't number one now, just reaching that spot should be considered a success. Especially since he is going against Levin.

K-YAWN has a repeat 4th hour of Savage 6-7 pm ...so Levine got moved back or cut back...This might hurt BK..I wish they would replace levine with Hendrie ..
