Uhhh, I think you misunderstood. I did not say anyone said anything bad. To the contrary, I was tipping my hat to the staff and owners who put that much time and money into a poor signal. The station sounded great the first few months and the last year, with some rough spots in the middle. I do not know too many people, jocks or managers who would stick with that for so long.

The other funny thing I just found out from my former 100.3 friend is how many of the staff from that station have landed on other stations in town. I guess like 3 of them are in the Renda building and what-not.

I'm sorry, Journalguy. I totally misunderstood! Can you find it your heard to forgive me? ;D

We heard where everybody landed except for Ray in the Midday. And Cody, who got his start in radio at The Kross, is now the Promotions guy for KXOJ. He worked hard & deserved it. I also agree, Scott will be in a big market soon...he's got too much to offer. Good luck, buddy!
 
Ray didn't end up in radio again. He would entertain an offer probably...but, he has been quite busy with Cisco VOIP phone systems and his kids. At least...that is what I heard. :D

I'm sorry but I do not know whay you guys are talking about. I heard Scott on KHITS over the weekend and he did NOT sound good at all. Maybe it was a bad day but when I heard him I could not beleve that Todd would put that voice on his station. I am not trying to be mean I just don't get it.
 
Hey, you may not have intended upon being mean...but congrats! You succeeded! :eek:

I don't think I'd want my show critiqued on this board. You guys are pretty harsh! :eek:

But seriously...

Scott is a great programming guy and a fantastic strategic and promotional thinker.

He can pull an airshift too. He sounded good on the Kross. I don't know what he sounds like on K-hits.

I might just do that...I just don't find that much time to hang around the boards or MySpace often. When I get a little free time, I try...I try.
