i am hearing rumors mega 963 going to rebrand soon As Spanish CHR

It already is Spanish CHR.

And in the last book, it was the #3 Spanish language station in 18-49 (which is the key Hispanic demo). They are alone in the format in Spanish, and only have Real, Power, Kiss and Amp to compete with.
 
ur right i can also see dropping urban english tracks...as they started over the weekend

Keep in mind that, unless I am missing one somewhere, all CHRs in Latin America play tracks in English mixed with those in Spanish. At many and, I think, most, the English tracks are the majority today.

The only exception would be pure rhythmic plays that only play reggaetón and related tunes and are not considered CHR but "urbano" in format.
