Jerry del Coliano apparently just tweeted that GRC did not pick up the option to buy KXOS from Emmis for $85.5 million. So the price goes back to $110 million under the existing LMA...

Where does this one go from here?

Story here at R-I said both sides were still working on a possible deal. The sales price is always negotiable, regardless of what the contract says.

Who would buy it? CBS is at the market cap, and Cumulus needs to fix other LA issues first.

Emmis just LMA-ed 98.7 in New York to ESPN Radio. They could do the same in LA with 93.9.
