KXPR 88.9 New Transmitter

Somebody should edit the title of this thread to 88.9 instead of 89.9. @DavidEduardo ???

I was going to speculate on what value there might be to their peanut whistle at 88.7 on Sutter Buttes (a grand total of 5 watts toward Yuba City) or their 3-watt translator in Davis - given the new site. I suspect the answer to that is something we will never know here - does a major donor listen to either one regularly?
