KXRS 105.7 CP to 105.5

Does anybody know what's the current status and what's going on with the Construction Permit of Radio Lazer 105.7 moving to 105.5 to increase coverage in the Inland Empire (Riverside-San Bernardino) area? The Construction Permit has been there for over 10 years.
 
The CDBS seems to be down right now but it looks like the modified construction permit was granted on August 14, 2018 and should expire three years later, August 14, 2021.
