Does anyone know if KXTJ the LPFM on 96.9 made it's upgrade to 18.9 meters yet? The CP looks like it expires in November, and it's currently licensed for 86 watts at 9.9 meters. However the signal for it reaches very far. I think they upgraded and forgot to file a license to cover.
