A guy that claims to be Vidal Luna put a post saying that starting Jan 21 he will be on air from 3-7 pm. So I guess he will not be on Club 102.9.

stop the rumors, 3-7 is rene rodriguez and he has 2nd best ratings for KLTN (not KXTN)

You know, there are other ways of meeting people than just on-line. I don't know what you are talking about, but everything on-line is not true. If you use Myspace to get this information, then it is far from credible. If you are very desperate to start rumors, then call Vidal or Rene to see how they like it. well i can not beleive it and will not agree with it but its true. memo was sent late friday and its official, Vidal Luna is moving to 3p-7p and Rene Rodriquez is moving 7p-12a.
complete surprise to me since i see them almost every other day as the studios and remotes. so why the change? beats me, they both been very popular and have been on their time slots for a very long time, i can only remember a few times Vidal change times and even station, when he worked briefly with Lorena with a morning show on KLOVE 1065 that lasted briefly. Rene i dont ever recall him working nights at all. If he did, it was probably short lived or due to other circumstances. somethings maybe up or not but i will ask Rene tonite at the live remote we have. Maybe thier ratings forced a change?

Its very simple Pelochas.. i will explain why Vidal will as of monday be on from 3-7 Mr Omar Romero is killing them from 3-7 down at Mega 101.. yeah i know mega and KLTN have different formats but Omar has a great voice and carisma somthing that Rene lacks so yeah the change is was made because omar is doing great at Mega!

Univision already has Amor 104.9 to deal with Mega 101.1 I think Vidal just requested to get out of work earlier, maybe for personal reasons. I do remember Vidal being in Remotes at around that time. So maybe he just changed hours. I remember Rene Rodriguez being on club 102.9 at nights during when Vidal went to mornings. And I really didnt like it when he had to go back just because Vidal came back.
I work for Univision radio and remember when Omar use to work here at estero latino he is eating the 3-7 slot away from KLTN and 104.9 has yet to prove that it can compete with mega!!

I actually think 104.9 sounds great now.
KLTN's ratings have stumbled (overall, they could still be hitting their target demos, I don't get to see the breakdown in numbers), changes are expected when that happens.
