KXXO Mixx 96.1

Was wondering if anyone here had an update of the status of KXXO, and when they were going to move to Capital Peak? And strengthen their reign as THE station in the area with the "Mix" name, after the failed Mix 100.7, Mix 95.7, and Mix 92.5?

I think they are on Capitol Peak right now. The signal is good in Bellevue (a couple months ago it was extremely weak), but get up on the hills and I get a good 30-35 dBu off of KXXO.

They didn't modify their construction permit. It ran out and they applied to move to Capitol Peak instead. I'm surprised that Radio-Locator shows an expired permit. They didn't used to do that. They don't show applications. The FCC site is a better source!

Does anybody?

Actually, they do.

Mornings are live 5:30a-9a, VTd 9a-12p.
12p-6p is live.

There's even live shifts on the weekends, including a Sunday morning show with the legendary Dick Pust.

As for the transmitter move - nothing's changed and that's going to be the case for the foreseeable future.
