I just made up KUPD, but I think madlib said he heard one hundred twenty-five million. That's not too far from picking up a South Mountain FM.

Or, what it's going to take to buy an AM and afford to lose money until you get the place established. Remember how long the brewery had to subsidize KFYI until it turned a profit?<P ID="signature">______________

I did mishear Christy! I listened to the segment again in Goyette's archive. What Christy actually said was:

"It would be a hell of a lot easier if we were out there trying to borrow $125 million than it is for the meager amount we're trying to put together".

My bad!
