KYCJ - KRJY Connection ?

The folks at Diamond Broadcasting (Paula and Company) have been stating that they will be appearing soon on FM.

Well the KRJY call letters have popped up on a silent CP in New Mexico effictive 8/29/2011 owned by Stockton based "Your Christian Companion" radio network. They own KYCC in Stockton plus a couple of other stations and a handsome array of translators including 90.1 in Foothill Farms and 99.5 in Elk Grove. The Foothill Farms translator will be more than likely eventually displaced by the KDVS 90.3 upgrade.

"Your Christian Companion" network owns a silent Class A station (locensed with an ERP of 55 Watts) in Camino, CA at 88.3 called KYCJ. The network just filled for a new STA stating that they presently are unable to get a reliable programming signal to the KYCJ. If this this is the new station for Rejoice, will probably be killed by first adjacent KEAR-FM througout most of South Sacramento.

A few years ago there was an email being circulated in the ham radio community about a house for sale that included a backyard tower and monthly income from a radio station. I remember looking it up & that rings a bell. Makes me wonder how much B.S. the FCC will believe. How hard is it to get programming to Camino?
