North Dakota KYTN (KZGF) 94.7 bumper sticker identification help

This is a bumper sticker from KYTN circa 1983 during the CHR/Top 40 days. There are coupons on the back for "Mr. Steak" and the Grand Forks County Speedway that expire in 1983.

But is this one also from KYTN? It was in a box of mine next to the above sticker and some others from North Dakota (where I grew up) but the "Best Damn Rock Anywhere" line doesn't seem to fit with the CHR format for KYTN through 1988. Wikipedia says that they flipped to power oriented rock in 1988 with the KNOX calls. Is this a different sticker from KYTN's Y95 days or a different station? The back is blank.
