KYW Technical Problem

Between 6:30 and 6:45 there was a major technical glitch on KYW this evening. It started in the beginning of the Accuweather forcast it just stopped and the next two or three reports didn't come up, (computer must have been frozen) for at least 12 min. there was nothing but commercials, there was no traffic report, nothing but commercials. Finally they admitted to technical problems and there were another 10 min of just the announcer reading news and referring to reports but not playing them.

Anyone want to guess what happened?
