KYXY at 7:30 Wednesday morning

KyXy has started "promos" that this month has two "J's" in it. Announcement to hit airwaves at 7:30 a.m.
 
With being off the air for so long I wonder if J&J have been humbled any??? They did in the REALLY old days some really good radio. I wonder if they are hungry enough to start being creative again? The last time I heard them on Star 94.1 they sounded like 2 old men ruminating.

They both have alot of talent I hope that at KyXy they stop phoning it in!
 
I just heard Sonny promote the 7:40 announcement :eek:

What a bummer: 2,500 miles from home doing a remote and you have to promote the folks who will take your job.

Does anyone know the ranking of Sonny & Company's morning show in key demos? I've always thought that in terms of show cost versus revenue, they were quite successful. It' hard to imagine KYXY is now going to keep them as three-person afternoon show.

I guess we'll know soon.

Me, I will eat my words for breakfast as I never, ever thought the JnJ showgram would be resurrected after being dead for this long.

Oops, they're in Cabo, so that's more like, what, 900 miles from home?
