KZEP, prisioner popular station?

I was wondering if prisioners count as part of the demos for stations after I heard on KZEP that prisioners were using collect calls to request Neil Young's "Old Man" by stating the request when the operator asked them to state their name.
I take it that hip hop and rock would be the two most popular formats in prision.
Which stations would you rank as top jailbird prefered?
 
Well, inmates don't really have any buying power, but they can make pretty loyal listeners. I used to get a lot of those at a station where I worked. It sounded about the same as you're describing. You get the name of the person requesting the collect call as, "Play [insert song here]!"
