It seems to me that KZF has been playing more aggressive classic rock. I've been hearing more bands like Metallica and Stone Temple Pilots in their playlist. I don't hear as much Billy Joel, Elton John, and Rod Stewart, like they played when they signed on. I'm certainly not complaining, as I personally like the harder classic rock stations. I have to admit, my favorite is WTPA, but I've been punching into 92.7 more frequently lately.

KZF sounds GREAT!!!! I have XM, but when I do listen to local radio, it is surely KZF, I like the personalities also, something hard to find anymore. Randy, Carol, etc, keep up the great work, and you cant be hard enough when playing the rock.

Oh, btw, what I mean by hard enough, when you start playing bands like Pantera etc (now there classic) I will cancel my xm subscription :)

I'd love to see them continue into an Active Rock type format if done right. %That would be more of what I consider "Starview" type station that I remember the most from the past.

Their music library continues to expand. I really like the 92 minutes commercial free at 3PM. Now, they need to get rid of the Free Beer and Hot Wings show. That's the problem, the only problem in my opinion.
