History shows this was an oldies station in their original Huron location. Does anyone remember that format?

There's not much to found on the owners and whether they're serious or not. Reading the FCC file is an exercise in how lawyers stretch the facts about need to fill a gap in a rapidly growing community. Granted, that's the game one plays. In reality, with that power and location, they could become an interesting factor in the overly saturated Fresno market.

So, what's known about their previous effort?

Ownership?
