KZON ratings

Weren't there posts on this board earlier about the failure of KZON after the format flip?

Didn't geniuses in the room feel the station should flip back to alternative? We'll see if they can sell it, but anyone look at recent ratings rise?

No, I don't work there, I don't even live here/there. Thanks.

Well, I saw it and they sure did a number on KZZP and KKFR by overtaking them this period. It looks like "Hits & Hip-Hop" does work in Phoenix.

HERE HERE! When is CBS going to learn? Sell that thing off. Blow it up. Get rid of it. KZON seems to be nothing but dead weight. It can't compete in this market. Bring back The Zone. ::)

Unfortunately, the only two words you'll here from CBS about bringing back "The Zone" is "Highly Unlikely," "Not in a million years," "Move on," and "Never!"

Kid and Reuben are wise to take it slow and steady. They're building upon a loyal core established years ago and CBS management is behind K&R for the long haul. KZON is a dead dream. I tuned into KWSS while in Scottsdale last week and seems they're playing a format similar to KZON.

Really...KWSS. What did you listen to after you passed the intersection of Tatum and Bell ?
