This and the Bako one outside of our protected contour and I believe outside of the 103.1 as well.
Except translators and LPFM's are still considered secondary services. So if anyone complains to the FCC regarding a lost signal - even if they're outside the protected contour - the LPFM or Translator is required to mitigate the interference or cease operations. This has already happened in a number of cases.

102.3 would be a much better channel than 103.3.
100.7 should also work. How to force a move of the lpfm to save 103.3 for distant KZPO to continue to reach Fresno?
104.7 would cause adj. channel problems for 104.5. Hey, long time no see you around these parts Kenrayc.
Yes you right 104.7 would cause adj. problems, much like 103.1 would to 103.3, 92.5 might work being that The LP in Hanford is very weak and the Merced/ Atwater station is on the valley floor.
Yes it's been awhile, first time on the CC Board since the site came back.
Seems like they are packing the freqs tight where 104 in concrened104.7 would cause adj. channel problems for 104.5. Hey, long time no see you around these parts Kenrayc.
