KZPS 92.5 HD2 Sounding a little softer than usual.

I know many aren't the type to notice little differences in audio, but here's something I wanna post: The past few days, I was listening to "The Music Summit" (Adult Alternative) on KZPS 92.5 HD2, and I've noticed since last night that the station was sounding a little softer than usual (volume wise). Come to think about it, I noticed the same thing on KMVK Smooth Jazz 107.5 HD2 The Oasis.

Could it be an HD transmitter issue with both stations?

Different owners - probably nothing in common between them. It might be your radio.

Could be a change in processing. My experience has been that HD2/3 formats are done on the extreme cheap and don't get the good audio processing the main channels have. The main channel will sound normal while the subchannels are whisper quiet or crunchy or whatever.

Yeah, that could be it. With that in mind, prior to the change in audio quality, I noticed the same station was having antenna problems. Every hour, the reception would go out for 10-15 seconds then a song picks up where it left off. So it's gotta be an issue with its HD antenna.
