How could they NOT mention the format?
Well, they didn't say "Adult Standards," but they did mention Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald. Truth be known, it is not a typical Adult Standards station.vchimpanzee said:

The Radio World publication primarily is targeting the technical folks and engineers.
As a general rule, they are more interested in the nuts and bolts of how things work. In the case of Chuck's article, the real angle is that "this gentlemen was able to make LPFM work, despite all the negativity and belief that LPFM is break even at best."
