Was in Tyler this past Saturday and heard 94-3 The Bull on the air. I also heard no legal IDs and listened across the tops of multiple hours. Did I miss them? Were they present but not where they should have been placed?

KZXM/Bullard -- Legal IDs??

Lots of stations run their legal ID in the last commercial break in the hour, sometimes around 45 past the hour.
I was listening from about :45 through the top of the hour. Heard commercial breaks....but no Legal ID in the stopset.
Maybe things will simmer down in Jacksonville for now...

Far from it. You've got KEBE's 104.7 FM translator yet to light up. You've got the new A KSOC at 99.7 Cuney, yet to light up, and you've got the new C2 107.9 KTLH in Hallsville, just to name a few.

KSOC...didn't realize until now that the station licensed to Gainesville @ 94.5 had given up those calls in a recent reformat/reimaging. Wow. Makes me wonder if the new light-up in Cuney may be the same format.
KTLH I'm betting displaces the KDOK translator in Henderson. Chuck, can you comment on that?

We'll have to move to 107.7. If the interference there is too bad, we'll have to petition the FCC for a waiver to move elsewhere.
