La Bonita Vs El Norte

I know they both belong to LBI but it seems like the djs from La Bonita are trying to play a lot of the same songs that El Norte is playing. Of course El Norte plays a lot of Accordion and Bajo Sexto Music but both of them are playing a lot of Cumbias from Selena, la mafia, liberacion and many others. What's the purpose of having two stations playing almost the same music and the same songs?

A. The DJs don't pick the music.
B. There are crossover songs across many formats. 80% or more of the songs on La Bonita are not on Norte.
 
Same can be said for KHPT & KGLK. Since 107.5 became the Eagle, there are quite a few songs that receive airplay on both stations, and of course both are owned by Cox.
