A transfer application has not even been filed. At this point, the supposed sale is not even official, let alone approved.
Just checked them yesterday... Both AM and translator were on air with the normal programming...
The new owner already took over. Installing new digital equipment one of the on air personality off the record also they got a raise
I know in the past Week they were doing Tower work Swapping out the FM translator antenna to a Better ERI antenna system.... Probably explains being off the air During the tower work
There is no owner.... not even an application for transfer of the license at the FCC. There could be an LMA in place, which is sort of a "rent to own" proposition in the case of a pending sale. But there can not legally be a transfer without the FCC approval.
