I realize that this post may be premature-so please excuse me if you think so.

I'm working on an article for one of the radio trades and I'm trying to learn about what Engineers who have spent time in the disaster area have learned-and what can be applied by others before the next disaster hits. If you have the time and energy to answer some questions please respond to this post.
