LA Ratings is it a dream?

Am I dreaming or did KAMP just overtake KIIS and KPWR in the ratings?

It is too difficult if, not impossible, to derive any significant conclusions based on the "Holiday Book". Even established stations can experience wide variations in their programming (such as vacationing hosts, more "specials", etc.) and thus can have their numbers swing wildly. KAMP can take credit after they have successfully overtaken KIIS and KPWR in a regular month or two in a row. As of now, they are still in the "worthy competitors" category, not champions.

Christmas on KTWV looks like a pretty good move by Jhani Kaye.

I'm wondering how well KOST will be doing a month from now. They weren't doing that well right before going Christmas. As for the other stations, it's like ChannelFlipper said, can't use the Holiday book when looking at the rest of the market.

Okay. We can be patient for the next set of numbers in four weeks. However, we are way beyond pleased on our side of town. In the words of the great Winston Churchill, "Never EVER give up!" I believe it was someone else who said, "You ain't seen nothin' yet!" BTO, perhaps? If I were the other guys, I would be very worried at this point.

Forgive me but I dont follow the Sound that much. I figured after the past months people were starting to listen more. 100.3 ratings are low just when they were Urban AC. Or maybe Im wrong it averages a 2.0?

If the difference between KSWD and KLOS is one song per hour (ex: "Freedom" by Jimi Hendrix), good luck with that.
