LA & RIVERSIDE-SB ARBITRON RATINGS RELEASED: HOLIDAY 2010

Its interesting that KDAY now has a higher cume than either KNX or KKGO. Their listenership is clearly impacted by their limited signal. It would be interesting to see how this station would fare on a better signal.

I'm guessing that KNX is a cume that is much easier to capitalize on.

Do you think KDAY may be cannibalizing the rhythmic station KQIE in Riverside?
(Same owners now).

KQIE is throwing itself up against KIIS in the IE and readily getting wiped.
What do you account for the drop there? Dropped more than a full share. Down 35%
While KIIS increased by .6

Seems to be room for Alt in IE since the 180 watter KCXX isn't able to throw up a signal big enough to
capitalize on KROQ and KYSR's absence.

Downward trending in LA- KXOL, KSYR, KFI, KDLD
Upward trending - KUSC

I am amazed at how popular Christmas music was this past holiday season. Many AC's, especially in PPM markets, did extraordinarily well in the Holiday book.
